Our mountain to climb
Our name was inspired by the inspiring role of the Sherpas in the first time scaling of Mount Everest. It was the combination of the bold dream and amazing ambition of the adventurous climbers that organised the expedition, and the experience, knowledge and amazing skill in climbing the mountain from the Sherpas that made it possible. As the Sherpas, we too wish to empower bold and progressive minds in their pursuit to do what is yet considered impossible.

Progressive
Evolution is nature's core instrument, adjusting lifeforms to changing conditions and continuously exploring ways to further develop toward their potential, individually and cooperatively. Though challenging, we believe it is a key responsibility to remain willing to deal with change, challenge and opportunity in ways that allow us to do that. Among other things this drives us to be curious, creative and courageous, and can give us purpose and direction.

Practical
There are those who dream up our new ways and there are those who help those dreams enter reality. One is not better than the other, but the two are most definitely different; they need each other. This is not hierarchy, it's synergy. The thought inspires the dream, and the dream inspires the action. We are here to support the dreamers making ideas happen

We naturally form groups as they are simply more productive, which is the reason we create companies; we organise ourselves. Effective teams, groups and organisations foster harmony, meaning a place where people feel they are safe and belong, and synergy, where our individual abilities add up to more than the sum its parts. Also, we are often reminded that contexts may be similar, but never really the same, and require our close attention.. This allows us to be open-minded, respectful, consider the bigger picture and recognise the role we can best play in service of our shared goals.
